Automatic Payment Program
Touchstone Properties makes it easy our clients with APP. Property Management in Hawaii made easy by using this form to enroll, change, or cancel automatic payment for your monthly maintenance fees. Please fill out this form, and return to us via mail or fax. Don’t forget to include a voided check or deposit slip for enrollment and changes.
Electronic Payments now available!
Touchstone Properties is pleased to announce a partnership with Townsq. Townsq is a technology company specializing in electronic payments. The fee for akk debut and credit card and ECheck payments charged by the credit card company will be as follows:
ECheck – $2.95 for payments
All Debit Cards and Credit Cards – $2.95 + 3.5% for payments
The payment portal will show the fee before you checkout and will allow you to cancel if you choose to pay with a different card or a pay in a different method.
To register for electronic payments, visit app.townsq.io/login then click on the register button on the right and type in your account ID number and zip code. This is the secure site where you will be making your maintenance fee payments.
We will continue to accept bank lockbox payments by check with the attached coupon as well as our Automatic Payment Program, which is a monthly ACH debit from your specified bank account. These methods of payment are free of any additional fees to your payment.
